Thal University Bhakkar Jobs 2026 have been announced through Advertisement No. 02/2026 for eligible Pakistani nationals holding a domicile of Punjab. Applications are invited for important statutory positions on a contract basis.

The announced vacancies include Registrar (BS-20), Treasurer (BS-20) and Controller of Examinations (BS-20). Eligible candidates who meet the required qualification and experience can apply through the university’s online application portal.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Ph.D. in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), with eight years post-qualification teaching, administrative or professional experience in a public or private institute/university recognized by HEC or a public sector organization.
• OR MS or M.Phil. (second division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC, with ten years post-qualification teaching, administrative or professional experience.
• OR Master’s degree or BS (second division) in any discipline or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC, with twelve years post-qualification teaching, administrative or professional experience.

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Ph.D. in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing or Economics, or equivalent qualification from an institute or university recognized by HEC, with eight years post-qualification relevant experience.
• OR MS or M.Phil. (second division) in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Auditing or Economics, or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC, with ten years post-qualification relevant experience.
• OR MBA in Finance, M.Com, ACCA, ACMA or M.Sc. in Economics (second division), or equivalent qualification recognized by HEC, with twelve years post-qualification relevant experience.

2. Applicants should carefully read all terms, conditions and instructions of the advertisement.
3. The applicant will be responsible for the correctness of information provided in the online application.
4. Editing/correction of online application information is available according to the prescribed procedure and closing date.
5. Two hard copies of the online application form along with required documents and two photographs must be submitted.
6. Government, semi-government and autonomous body employees should provide the required NOC from their employer at the time of interview.
7. Higher qualification and relevant experience will be preferred according to the advertised criteria.
8. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview, where applicable.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
10. The university reserves the right to withdraw any advertised post or increase/decrease the number of vacancies.
